Cancellation & Refund Policy

Short version: cancel whenever you like, keep access until the end of what you've paid for, no long lock-ins.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, under "Manage subscription". Cancelling stops the next renewal — you won't be charged again.

What happens when you cancel

Refunds

Because you keep access until the end of your paid period, we don't provide partial refunds for unused time within a period. Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans all work this way.

Right to withdraw (EU/EEA consumers)

Subscriptions give you immediate access to a digital service. When you subscribe and start using SelftapePal straight away, you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose the standard 14-day right to withdraw once use has begun. This is normal for digital services and doesn't affect your statutory rights if something is faulty.

Problems, faults, and mistakes

If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), or the service isn't working as it should, email us at hello@selftapepal.app and we'll put it right, including a refund where appropriate. We aim to be fair and reasonable.

If we cancel your subscription

If we end a subscription because of misuse (see the Fair Use section of our Terms of Service), we'll refund the unused portion of your current period — unless the misuse was serious, in which case we may end access without a refund.
